We use a glue made in Korea ( Government Certified ). As eyelash extensions have been in operation in Korea for the longest around the world, the national government has been strict on the materials that are used in eyelash extensions. Some glue manufactures produce their glue that is long lasting but can cause serious damages to the eyes and the skin around. The glue we use is proved to be safe to use near human eyes and designed to minimize any discomfort that can occur to our clients. If you find your eyes feel stingy during the treatment or your eyes get red after, there's a high possibity of that glue contains some ingridients which are not suitable to use on human, industrial-purpose.

We do not recommend using mechanical eyelash curlers on your Eyelash Extensions as these curlers will damage the extensions and possibly your own natural lashes. The extensions do have a natural curl that most people find to be better than from a eyelash curler. If you want a stronger curl please advise your technician.

There are a few simple steps you can take to make sure you get the most out of your eyelash extensions. At your appointment, we give you an after-care card outlining how to take care of them, the main things to remember are:
- Do not wet them for an absolute MINIMUM of 24 hours after application/infills so that the adhesive cures properly. This includes: steamy showers, heavy gym sessions, getting them wet in the rain, steam (like spending time in a hot spa or bath) and if it’s a super hot humid day, try to stay out of the heat. After 24 hours, it’s fine to wet them.
- Use only oil-free products, especially makeup remover
- Be careful when getting facials, they don’t like steam
- Do not rub them or pull at them
- Do not use a mechanical eyelash curler
- If exposed to chlorine, rinse off gently with fresh water afterwards
- Gently brush them with your lash-wand
- It’s best not to use mascara on them if possible!
- Cleanse them properly 2-3 times per week!
- Avoid steam rooms, saunas, and bikram yoga where possible.
